After submission, your inquiry may be sent to our official email inbox for staff review, recorded in our Google Sheets inquiry tracker, and stored in our website inquiry records. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to process and respond to your request.

We process your personal information based on your consent, our need to take steps at your request before arranging travel services, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and our obligation to keep reasonable business and security records.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only for as long as necessary for customer service, booking reference, follow-up, backup, security monitoring, legal, accounting, or administrative purposes. When records are no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of them.
